Arnica oil 1.5%, menthol 2.5%, peppermint oil 1%, Methyl salicylate 0.75%, camphor 1.5%.

Arnica Ice Cooling Spray is a spray on liquid as an aid in the relief of sore or stiff muscles. It is an effective pre and post exercise/workout cooling spray for all muscular aches and pains. A cooling spray for temporary relief of aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with sprains, strains or arthritis. Very effective as an aid for cooling of tendons and overworked muscles.
