Unicorn Tack is an equestrian related products and saddlery retailer and wholesaler.
USE OF SITE
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchase of products and shall not use this site for any other purposes. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Unicorn Tack, concerning your access to and use of the www.unicorntack website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”)

Supplemental Terms and Conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to t\stay informed of any updates. You will be subject to,and will be deemed to have been made aware of and accepted, the change in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Site is Unicorn Tack’s property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial use.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
PAYMENTS
All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept payments via our website as per the details below.

DELIVERY
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions.
Once payment has been processed for your order, and received by us, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Free delivery is offered to any orders over the amount stated on Checkout to a central town address, or your nearest Postnet. Free Delivery does not apply to Sale Items, any form of liquids over 5L, or any powder substances over 5kg. Unicorn Tack will have the final decision as to the method of the free delivery destination.
Set courier prices for delivery are available on Checkout, please select your respective region. Any orders over that selected amount, a courier quote will be sent to you prior to dispatch.
Please note for international orders, delivery can be arranged once payment has been processed and a delivery fee provided to the purchaser to approve and pay. All destination Duties and VAT are payable by the buyer. The purchaser is liable for these charges and Unicorn Tack will not facilitate payment of any import related costs or duties into the respective country of destination.

RETURNS
Goods may be returned within 30 days for exchange. A credit note, gift voucher or a refund will be provided. All goods returned must be in their original packaging accompanied by an Invoice.
All delivery costs of items being returned will be for the customer’s account.
No refunds will be processed on Sale items; however, you may request a credit or a gift voucher in exchange.
Refunds or credits passed will be excluding the delivery amount to the address provided. eg. If delivery was sent to your nearest Postnet – R100 will be deducted off the refund amount. No further handling fees will be deducted.
